August 1, 2015 the Real Estate industry is making the transition to the new Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure, mandated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) which was enacted to make it easier for consumers to shop for mortgages and protect them from costly surprises. East Coast Title is highly committed to protecting and ensuring the highest quality of service to our clients and partners. That’s why East Coast is dedicating substantial resources and training to ensure that our agents and our systems are prepared long before the August implementation deadline to ensure that we meet the conversion time line for our valued customers.
